Interactive Games
The main focus of M Festival is of course the games, the hardware and the tournaments - all of which the M Festival had absolutely loads of! Thousands of people attended, getting sneak previews at the games and gaming hardware of tomorrow, as well as being able to watch the World Cyber Games UK finals.

Our exhibitors really pulled out all the stops with giveaways and prizes totalling tens of thousands of pounds, visiting any stand would result in walking away with something in your hand! Competitions and small tournaments were run on many stands such as EA, Intel, Packard Bell and Crucial - with some awesome prizes of hardware and software for the lucky winners.

In our most interactive exhibition to date there was something to do and get involved with on each stand. All ages were welcome and everyone found something that they could be a part of - some discovering games for the first time!

Special guest Gemma Atkinson pleased the crowds by signing posters of the upcoming Red Alert 3 - in which she plays a role. Later on she was a special guest judge in the EA "Battle of the Rock Bands" tournament, giving the thumbs up or down from our panel.

The UK Finals of the Samsung World Cyber Games were stages at M Festival - the culimination of months of qualifiers and hard fought matches over 11 different games, resulting in the formation of the UK national team. The team will travel to the grand finals in Germany this November.

Be sure to check out the coverage of the finals and keep up to date with the team's progress via video blogs, diaries and full match reports over on the official UK WCG website.
